Eluned Gramich
Eluned was born in Haverfordwest. She studied English at Oxford and Creative Writing at UEA, before moving to live and work in Japan on a Daiwa scholarship. She has recently translated a collection of German short stories into English, and is currently working on her first novel. She lives and works in Cardiff.
Her winning entry is a story entitled “Rossiya”
Richard Lewis
Richard is 29 years old. He was born in Swansea but has also lived in India, Africa and London. He has a degree in Creative Writing from the University of East London and was included in the 2013 Terry Hetherinton Anthology. He’s now a professional working full time in Swansea and writes when the sun goes down. He is a regular in the local open mic scene and is currently working on his first poetry collection, as well as a one man play based on his experiences with mental health issues.
His winning entry is a poem entitled “Work in Progress”.
