Brendan brought us some great songs.'This land is my land';'Tonightyour mine''I get by with a little help from my fiends'. Sally give tribute to Meic Stephens, a great figure in Welsh literature, his sad loss was announced today. Sally knew him personally. Sally has lots of stories about her Uncle Emrys, a great character Paula read us her poem about living in the steel town of Aberavon, she sang Ar lan y Mor. Conaugh is a young person inspired by 'drums' he brought us an amazing drumming solo. Kym's choice of poetry brings us the great wonders of the USA. Wes had two gentle poems about 'Butterfly Wings' and 'Swarming Birds'. In the second half he burst into song, with his own organ invention to a marching song about 'Freedom'. A very lively Poems and Pints, a wide range of ages and talents.
